Sundar Lakshmanan, EVP
Mr.Lakshmanan is a promoter and Executive Vice President of Salzer Technologies, Solutions and Services whose primary responsibilities apart from business development and strategic partnerships, are setting the vision and strategic direction of the company to help customers achieve their business objectives by providing innovative, best-in-class consulting, IT solutions, services & products thereby leveraging Offshore Development Center's InfoTech expertise to keep client overheads to a minimum. He heads the Solutions Development Fabric, Product Engineering & Professional Services departments and ensures cost effective quality delivery to the clients.
Prior to Salzer, he was a consultant in IT industry and entrepreneur in multifarious industries such as Office Automation, Textile, and Granite etc. His diverse industrial experience of more than 14 years provided him with a unique perspective to solve business issues and to identify the strategic, tactical, people and process problems hindering the fulfillment of business goals.
Kishore Balasubramaniam, EVP
Mr.Balasubramaniam is Salzer Technologies Offshore Development Center' (ODC) Executive vice president and is responsible for the day-to-day operating functions like directing the development and deployment of corporate information systems, guiding corporate infrastructure through Human Resources. He heads HR, Administration and Finance portfolios, guides the company's growth and success in close cooperation with executive management team. He represents the organization in relations with its customers and the business and non-business communities.
Prior to Salzer, he held various positions in senior level management in Service, Textile and IT industries and was successful in promoting novel ideas for the betterment of the respective companies. He has more than 11 years of experience in Project Management, Recruitment, Customer Support and Training in IT industry. During these times he garnered valuable assets of information which was conducive to run the ODC successfully.
N.Jayabal, VP
Mr.N.Jayabal is Salzer Technologies` Vice President, Business Development, whose Primary responsibilities are directing and driving the project, for analyzing the industry and the competition, and understanding the customer to make sure the project’s focus and objective are based on the user’s perspective and are presented in the best possible light. He develops comprehensive business and marketing plans; corporate, solutions and services positioning strategies and brand development. He is also responsible for the company’s growth in achieving company’s long-term goals for its success.
Mr.Jayabal has lived and worked in three continents with reputable companies over 20 years in Edmonton, Canada, 4 years in Stuttgart, Germany and 2 years in Zurich, Switzerland. He was instrumental, and nurtured the joint venture between Plitron, Canada and Salzer Electronics, India with a great success. He has 10 years of Project Management experience in Salzer Electronics Limited as Director
