Doraiswamy, Co-founder and Director
Mr. R. Doraisamy is the co-founder and director of Salzer Technologies Limited. He is a visionary and leader, begun with the same entrepreneurial, can-do spirit that is one of his core strengths till today. The core promoter and Managing Director of Salzer Electronics Limited, Mr. R Doraiswamy, is a qualified Electrical Engineer and technocrat entrepreneur with wide experience. He has served with M/s. Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, the market leader in Textile Machinery Manufacturing industry for over 2 decades in various capacities. He had been trained in M/s. REITER MACHINE WORKS, M/s. BROWN BOVERY BADEN, and M/s. SORECHER + SCHVE ARROW, in Switzerland. With experience gained through his association in Companies as mentioned above, he promoted the pilot project, M/s. Salzer Electronics Limited, in the year 1985, in technical collaboration with M/s. Saelzer Schaltegerate Fabrik, Germany for the manufacture of CAM Operated Rotary Switches. He has got vast experience in the matters relating to Foreign Collaboration arrangements and has wide global contacts. Salzer Group is growing under his stewardship and valuable and able guidance.
Rajesh Doraiswamy, Director
Mr.D.Rajeshkumar is one of the promoters and a director of Salzer Technologies Limited. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering with Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA-Finance), a technocrat turned into an industrialist. Mr.D.Rajeshkumar did his post graduation in Business Administration in States and has taken over as Managing Director of erstwhile Salzer Controls Limited and was at the helm of the Management of Salzer Controls Limited for over a period of 5 years. Salzer Information Services Pvt. Ltd was promoted by Mr.R.Doraiswamy in 2000 with an aim to explore the emerging IT market. Mr.D.Rajeshkumar became the Chief Executive Officer of the company in the year 2004. He is a young and energetic entrepreneur and is managing Salzer Information Services Ltd under the guidance of Mr.R.Doraiswamy, his father, being the Promoter of the company. Besides, Mr.D.Rajeshkumar, is a lion since 1987 and now he is President of Perianaickenpalayam Lions Club. Under his stewardship, Perianaickenpalayam Lions Club is doing lot of philanthropic activities in servicing the society.
Sundar Lakshmanan, Director
Mr.Lakshmanan is Salzer Technologies Inc` Director and President, whose primary responsibilities apart from business development and strategic partnerships, are setting the vision and strategic direction of the company to help customers achieve their business objectives by providing innovative, best-in-class consulting, IT solutions, services & products thereby leveraging Offshore Development Center's InfoTech expertise to keep client overheads to a minimum. He heads the Solutions Development Fabric, Product Engineering & Professional Services departments and ensures cost effective quality delivery to the clients. Mr. Lakshmanan has helped various organizations and projects to achieve success in the areas of Knowledge Management, Content Management, Corporate Portals, Business Intelligence, Systems Development in Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Online Media and Health Care markets. He possesses innovative and lateral thinking capabilities with broad based expertise in operations, merger and acquisitions, finance and business development. Mr. Lakshmanan has proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow bottom line.
